BURGER ROAST 
5 c. ground gluten
1 1/2 c. grated raw potatoes
1 c. grated onion
1 c. cream or canned milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
Salt
Sage
Celery salt

Mix above ingredients and bake with bay leaf. Stick in center. Serve with mushroom gravy, or with canned mushroom soup thinned to consistency of gravy and seasoned with soy sauce.
