MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges and juice

Beat well with mixer; pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (dry)

Fold in 8 ounce Cool Whip into above. Frost cake. Store in refrigerator. Better if made the day before.
