PISTACHIO DELIGHT 
2 pkgs. lady fingers
2 boxes pistachio pudding (3 oz. each)
Cool Whip (8 oz. or 12 oz.)

Lay lady fingers in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Mix pudding as directed on box. Place on top of lady fingers put Cool Whip on. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Sprinkle with nuts or whatever.
