CHICKEN WITH RICE 
3 boneless chicken breasts
1 can low sodium broth
1/4 c. maple syrup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. white rice OR 1/2 white rice, 1/2 wild rice

Put chicken in covered casserole sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle rice on top. Mix all liquids and pour on. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until moisture absorbed.
