PINEAPPLE MINT SHERBET 
1 c. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
Juice of 1 lemon
Sm. can crushed pineapple
1 egg white (beaten stiff)
1/2 c. crushed mint

Mix sugar and buttermilk. Add lemon juice, pineapple, egg white and mint. Pour into freezing tray, stirring once or twice during freezing.
