MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 eggs
1 c. nuts

Mix together and put in 9"x13" greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla or coconut flavoring
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix together. Frost while warm.
