VICTORY GARDEN 
1 lb. ground chuck
2 1/2 c. water
1 c. rice
1 lg. onion
3 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Accent
1 med. green pepper
1 tomato, chopped
6 slices cheese (1/2 Mozzarella, 1/2 American)

Brown beef and drain. Stir in water, rice, onion, bouillon, mustard and Accent. Bring to boil and stir. Reduce heat, cover, simmer for 20 minutes. Cut 4 slices of cheese into small pieces and mix in. Stir in tomatoes and green peppers. Cut remaining cheese into slices and place on top of meat. Cover and turn off heat. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
