BRASS BAR-B-Q SPARERIBS 
3 lb. spareribs

SAUCE:

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 can pineapple, crushed
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine all sauce ingredients and bring to a boil, turn down and simmer while spareribs are baking. Bake ribs for 1 hour at 350 degrees, drain off fat. Add sauce to meat and bake 45-50 minutes longer or until tender.
