CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked chicken, diced
15 oz. pineapple chunks, drained well
1 c. diced celery
11 oz. can mandarin oranges
1/2 c. diced green pepper
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 c. sliced & pitted ripe black olives
Green grapes (to taste)

Mix above ingredients in a bowl. Add dressing.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayo
1 tbsp. mustard

Serve over chow mein noodles.
