CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
SALAD:

2 1/2 heads lettuce, chopped
6 lg. chicken breasts, baked, skinned and chopped
2 bunches green onions, sliced use part of green
1 med. bell pepper, chopped sm.
4 stalks celery, chopped sm.
4 oz. mai fun noodles, fried

DRESSING:

3/4 c. vegetable oil
9 tbsp. rice vinegar
5 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. MSG (optional)

DRESSING: Shake well.

Chop salad ingredients, put all together except for noodles. When ready to serve, add dressing and noodles and serve. Serves 6 well.
