STIR - N - ROLL PIE CRUST 
1 c. pastry flour, whole wheat
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
3 tbsp. water, cold

Stir salt into pastry flour with fork. Mix water and oil together with fork and pour into flour. Mix well. Form dough into ball. Roll out between wax paper, place in pie plate and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Yield one 9 inch crust.
