SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
6 slices of bread
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
1 can Golden cream of mushroom soup

Soak the bread with the milk. Add all other ingredients except the soup. Make into small balls and brown in a skillet. Remove meatballs and make gravy in the skillet. Add can of soup to the gravy and return meatballs to skillet. Simmer for 30 minutes. (An electric skillet works best.) Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
