SESAME CHICKEN WITH HONEY DIP 
CHICKEN:

1/2 c. cholesterol free mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. Coleman's dry mustard
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. sesame seeds
2 c. uncooked cubed chicken

HONEY DIP:

1 c. cholesterol free mayonnaise
2 tbsp. honey

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, and minced onion in a shallow dish or pie pan, set aside. Mix crumbs and sesame seeds. Toss chicken in mayonnaise mixture, then roll in bread crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Combine honey with mayonnaise. Serve chicken hot or at room temperature with dip.
