SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 heaping c. Quick Oatmeal
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. milk
2 cans Golden Mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream

Mix beef, oatmeal, onion, garlic salt and milk. Form into 2 inch meatballs (will fill a 13x9x2 baking dish). Mix undiluted mushroom soup and sour cream until smooth. May add drained mushrooms, if desired. Bake 1 hour or longer at 350 degrees, uncovered. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
