1 c. boiled yams/sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
Dash of salt
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour

Mix sugar with flour. Beat eggs; add balance of ingredients and fill unbaked single pie shell. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees until middle is clear when tested with toothpick and/or crust is medium dark brown.
