TROPICAL LIME PIE 
2 1/4 c. flaked coconut, toasted
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lime juice
Green food coloring
1 (4 oz.) container frozen, non-dairy whipped topping, thawed

Combine coconut and butter, press firmly on bottom and up side to rim of 9 inch pie plate. Meanwhile in large mixer bowl beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat sweetened milk, then lime juice and food coloring until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into prepared crust. Chill 3 hours. Also good in graham cracker crust.
