GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. plain flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
2 cartons (8 oz. 1 c.) sour cream
8 c. French style green beans, drained
1 c. Kellogg's corn flake crumbs
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar and onion. Stir in sour cream. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring occasionally. Fold in green beans. Pour in dish. Combine crumbs with butter and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until hot. Serves: 6 to 8.
