PORK STEAK DINNER 
1 1/2 lb. pork steak
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can (15 oz.) tomatoes
1 med. onion

Salt and pepper and tenderize pork. Cut in pieces and brown in skillet with small amount of oil. Slice onion and lay on top of meat while browning. Don't let onions burn and do not overbrown meat. Add cut up tomatoes and cook slowly covered until meat is tender, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. A small amount of water may be added and 1/4 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet if desired. It will make kind of a gravy. Very good eating.
