FILIPINO LUMPIA | |
1 pkg. won ton skins (available in some markets in deli section) 1 lb. ground beef 4 sm. diced onions 2 sm. boxes raisins 1 tbsp. soy sauce Salt & pepper 1/8 lb. butter Brown beef and remove from pan. To drippings add butter and brown the onion until soft. Mix well, adding the seasoning. Stir in the raisins and allow to cook one minute. Remove from heat, drain fat and allow to cool. When cool roll a small amount into each won ton starting at each corner. Fry lumpias in 1/4" oil until just brown. Do not over cook. |
