1 med. chopped onion
1 to 1 1/2 lb. good hamburg
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
Grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 lg. pkg. frozen tater tots

Brown hamburger with onion and drain. Mix soup with water and pour evenly over the hamburger which you have put into the bottom of a 9x13 inch sprayed pan or casserole. Cover with cheese. Arrange tater tots, single layer over cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 to 45 minutes or until the onions start to really smell good.
