SIRLOIN TIPS 
2 lbs. sirloin tips
1 large sweet green pepper, chopped
1/4 c onion, chopped
1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped
1 pkg, gravy mix, your choice
2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
dash Worcestershire Sauce
2 T butter
salt and pepper

Simmer tips in butter and water until tender. Add salt and pepper. Sauté peppers, onions and garlic in butter until tender. Drain tips and add to sautéed ingredients. Add gravy mix to juice from tips and cook until desired thickness.Add to tips. Serve over rice if desired.
