CRUNCHY PEA SALAD 
1 1/2 c. cooked long grain and wild rice
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. red pepper, chopped
1/4 c. green onions, sliced
1/3 c. bottled buttermilk or creamy Italian salad dressing

Mix all ingredients and toss. Add salad dressing and mix again. Toss again right before serving.
