TACO SALAD 
1 head of lettuce
3 ripe tomatoes
1 onion, minced
4 oz. cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. chop meat
16 oz. can kidney beans, drained
Chili powder, cumin
Salt & pepper
Green Goddess salad dressing
Salsa
Tortilla chips

1. Cook meat in skillet until browned; add kidney beans and spices to taste. Set aside, let cool.

2. Core and wash lettuce; rip apart into bite-size pieces. Cut tomatoes in wedges. Mix lettuce, tomatoes and onions in large salad bowl.

3. When it's cooled, add meat mix to salad. Top with grated cheddar cheese. Serve salad dressing, salsa and chips on the side.
