FRUIT AND SORBET COUPE 
1 medium pineapple, peeled, cored and cut in chunks
16 oz. strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 kiwis, peeled and cut in thin half slices
1/2 pt. blueberries
1 qt. raspberry-flavored ginger ale, chilled
4 pt. assorted sorbets (such as raspberry, mango, passion fruit and strawberry)

Gently mix fruit in a large bowl. Refrigerate to chill. Spoon into individual dessert bowls or goblets. Slowly pour on ginger ale. Top with small scoops of sorbet.

Low fat; serves 8. Active: 20 minutes. Total: about 1 hour.

Planning Tip: Cut fruit up to 4 hours ahead. Refrigerate.
