SOUTH OF BORDER CHICKEN 
5 chicken breasts, cut up
12 corn tortillas, cut up
1 can green chili salsa
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese (grated)
1 lb. Cheddar cheese (grated)
1 lg. onion (diced and chopped)

Mix all together and reserve some cheese to cover top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour uncovered.
