LOW SODIUM FRENCH DRESSING 
1/2 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 clove garlic
Dash of paprika
Dash of pepper

Slit garlic and rub the bowl with it. Add the other ingredients. Mix with a fork. Let stand 1/2 hour. Remove garlic. Beat with hand beater until well mixed. Chill. 3/4 cup - 82 calories.
