GRILLED CHICKEN BREASTS 
8 to 10 chicken breasts (boneless)

Marinade:

1/2 c. vegetable oil
juice of 2 lemons
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Mix marinade ingredients well by shaking in jar or blending with whisk. Pour over chicken breasts and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. Grill breasts over hot coals for approximately 20 minutes or until done. Turn once or twice during grilling time and baste with remaining marinade. May also be broiled in oven.
