BAKED POTATOES WITH CHEESE SAUCE 
4 lg. potatoes, baked
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. chopped green onions

Mix together sour cream, butter, cheese, and onions. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and fluff inside of potatoes with a fork. Spoon cheese mixture over each potato.
