2 sm. onions
4 med. potatoes
1 sm. can corn
1 lb. sausage
1 can tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Butter a large casserole, slice onion, then potatoes, salt and pepper lightly as you go. Pour corn over potatoes, put sausage on top of corn (make patties or use small link sausage) and cover with tomatoes. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake until potatoes are tender and dish nicely browned.
