CHEESECAKE DIP 
8 oz. light Neufchatel cheese, softened
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. milk (lowfat)
1 tub Cool Whip lite, thawed
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat cream cheese, sugar and milk until well blended and smooth. Fold in whipped topping and vanilla. Store in refrigerator. Dip strawberries, angel food cake or pound cake cubes, pretzel sticks, etc. Makes 2 cups.
