GRAHAM CRACKER PUDDING | |
1 c. sugar 2 egg yolks 1 pkg. Knox gelatine 1 c. milk Whipping cream Mix 1/2 cup of the milk and the gelatine to soften it. Let stand 5 minutes. Add sugar, egg yolks and the remaining 1/2 cup milk. Cook until custard. Cool. Add 1 cup whipped cream. Beat 2 egg whites and mix custard. Roll 8 graham crackers out on top. |
