SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
3 qt. sauerkraut
1 1/2 c. sliced carrots, blanched
1 1/2 c. green pepper, cubed
4 ribs celery, sliced
1 sm. can pimentos, chopped
1 sm. onion, sliced thin
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil

Mix together and refrigerate. Can be used at once but the flavor will improve after 1-2 days.
