1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. burrito dry seasoning mix
1 (15 oz.) jar salsa (mild/hot)
1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (4 oz.) Monterey Jack or Cheddar, grated

Brown and drain beef. Stir in salsa and burrito mix, cook on low heat for 3 minutes. Put beef, salsa and burrito mix in 9x13 inch baking pan. Preheat refried beans in microwave then spread over beef, salsa and burrito mix. Layer sour cream on top of beans and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Spread on tortilla and enjoy!
