MINIATURE PECAN PIES 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar (packed)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. soft butter
1 unbeaten egg
1 c. pecans

Combine cream cheese, butter and flour. Roll into 24 balls (mixture works better cold). Press into miniature muffin pans, bottom and sides. Combine brown sugar, butter, egg, vanilla and nuts. Place teaspoon of mixture into each muffin. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
