TANGY CITRUS BLOODY MARY MIX 
I serve these at steak dinners, and Sunday brunches and they always get rave reviews!

1 (64 oz.) bottle V8 juice (original)
juice of 1 large lemon
juice of 1 large lime
2 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. lemon/lime salt (I use Twang)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. coarse black pepper
2 tbsp. Louisiana Hot Sauce (you can adjust this one to your preference)

Note: If you desire add 2 to 3 parts vodka depending on your preference, but this is also a great drink without it.

Combine all ingredients in a one gallon pitcher and stir for about one minute just to make sure everything is well mixed.

Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.

To Serve:

Rim your high ball glasses with lemon/lime salt.

Pour over crushed ice in a high ball glass.

Garnish with one lemon wedge, one celery stalk, one olive and one lime wedge.

Makes 8 servings.
