LEMON BARS 
3/4 c. powdered sugar
3 c. flour
3 sticks butter (1 1/2 c.)
6 eggs
3 c. granulated sugar
6 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. lemon juice

Cut together 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 3 cups flour and butter until coarse like cornmeal. Press into a cookie sheet firmly. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.

Beat eggs well; mix sugar, 6 tablespoons flour and lemon juice together. Pour over baked crust; bake additional 25 minutes. Cool completely and cut into bars.
