LEMON CHEESE BARS 
1 Duncan Hines yellow pudding cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil

Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly. (Reserve 1 cup of mix for topping). Put into 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese, sugar, 1 egg, lemon juice until smooth. Spread over cake. Sprinkle rest of topping over cake mixture and bake for 15 minutes more. Cool and cut into bars.
