STIR FRIED VEGETABLES 
1 onion
1 carrot
1 zucchini
2 stalks celery
1/2 lb. cabbage
2 tbsp. oil
2-3 stalks broccoli and flowerets
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper

Chop onion, carrot, slice zucchini, carrots, and broccoli thin. Shred cabbage. Heat oil in skillet or wok. Fry vegetables except for cabbage over high heat for 1 minute. Add cabbage, salt, pepper; cover and cook for about 4 minutes. Stir in soy sauce and set for 1 minute.
