PUMPKIN CUSTARD PIE 
1 large can pumpkin
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ginger
Dash salt
2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter

Mix first 7 ingredients. Heat milk and butter until melted. Stir into pumpkin. Pour into unbaked shells. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Bake at 300 degrees for 50 minutes. done when knife stuck in center comes out clean.
