SWEDISH MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. minced celery
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1/4 c. oats
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Parsley
1/4 c. applesauce
Rest of can of cream of mushroom soup

Soak bread crumbs and oats in the milk. Add egg. Add meat, onion, celery, 1/4 cup soup, seasonings and applesauce. Mix. Shape into 1 inch balls and saute in skillet until browned on all sides. Remove grease. Add rest of can of mushroom soup plus 1 can water. Simmer on top of stove 15 minutes or so. If you want more gravy add an extra can of soup before simmering and serve meatballs and gravy over mashed potatoes.
