GARDEN FRESH POTATOES WITH
CHEESE
 
2 1/2 lbs. sm. red potatoes, sliced
4 c. cold water
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz cheese spread
1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill, optional
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained

Place potatoes and water in 3-quart casserole; cover. Microwave on high 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring halfway through cooking time. Drain.

Heat cheese spread according to label directions. Stir in dill and pepper. Gently stir together potatoes and cheese mixture, then vegetables in 3-quart casserole. Microwave on high 2-3 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring every minute. Serves 6-8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
