SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh bread crumbs
1 can cream of tomato soup
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

In bowl mix beef, onion, salt and pepper. Add just enough bread crumbs so mixture can be easily formed into meatballs. Make bite-sized meatballs and brown in hot oil in skillet. Drain well. Place remaining ingredients in a saucepan and heat to boiling. Add meatballs and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour. 6 servings.
