PUMPKIN PUDDING 
1 pkg. reg. vanilla pudding mix
2 c. milk
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. molasses
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cook over low heat until thick and creamy. Pour into dessert dishes. Cool. When ready to eat, top with a dab of whipped cream and a pecan half.
