PUMPKIN PUDDING CAKE | |
4 eggs, slightly beaten 3 c. canned pumpkin 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. cloves 1/2 tsp. ginger 2 1/2 c. light cream or evaporated milk 1 box (non pudding) yellow cake mix 1 c. butter (scant) 1 c. chopped nuts Mix together in order given all but last 3 ingredients. Pour into ungreased 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle cake mix over pie filling. Pour melted butter over cake mix. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream. |
