SHRIMP PIE 
1 can crescent rolls (8 oz.)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cut into cubes
2 cans (1 1/2 oz.) shrimp, drained
Salt & pepper to taste
9" pie pan

Pie shell, use 1/2 of rolled dough. Press out even over pie pan. Use other 1/2 for top. Cut into strips, criss-cross over top. Mix all ingredients together, pour into pie shell. Bake 50-60 minutes at 325 degrees.
