SKILLET CABBAGE 
1/2 - 1 head cabbage
1 med. white onion
Red pepper (for color)
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
Black pepper
Salt
1/2 c. half and half
1 tbsp. oil

Slice cabbage and onion into thin pieces. Chop pepper into very small pieces. Stir fry all together in an iron skillet with oil. Best to "under cook". Add half and half to mixture. Black pepper and salt to taste. Cook approximately 10 minutes, add cheese and continue cooking until cheese is melted.
