TENDER PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar

Brown pork chops. Combine catsup and brown sugar. Add water and mix to make at least 1 1/2 cups liquid. Pour over the browned chops. Simmer in a covered skillet for about 2 hours or until liquid is thickened and pork chops are tender.
