1 c. plus 2 tbsp. instant dried milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. warm water

Mix well dried milk and sugar. Stir in warm water, stir in double boiler pan until sugar dissolves. Will thicken as it cools. Equals 1 cup of Eagle Brand milk.
