2 c. biscuit mix (I use Bisquick)
1 c. cooked pumpkin
1 egg
1 c. milk - if mix is too thick, add more
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 lg. spoon Karo syrup
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all together. Makes 16 cakes.
