QUICK FRITO CASSEROLE 
1 bag reg. size Fritos
2 (1 lb.) cans chili beans with meat (any brand)
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped ripe olives
1 c. grated Longhorn cheese

Crush bag of Fritos and place in 2 quart size casserole dish. Next, place 2 pounds chili beans on top of crushed Fritos. Add the chopped olives on top of chili beans and last, add the grated cheese on top of the chopped olives. Put the 4 layered casserole in a moderate oven (375 degrees) for 30 minutes or until cheese has melted and is bubbling. Serves 6.
